Cover your hairs while going outside:-
Whenever you are going outside for any work or something else. Always cover your hair to prevent damage. The direct harsh sun rays can damage your hair. And lead to hair breakage and many problems. You can use dupatta or scarf for covering your entire hair. Try not to keep open hairs while going outside. You can also use various serums that contain SPF protection. Do not wear a tight cap as your scalp also needs to breathe. If you will not cover your hair. Then due to heat, more sweat will be produced.
